Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Gameday Manager (“the App”), operated by Rutschmania. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to create an account. Accounts for youth teams should be created and managed by adults.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access within a team is determined by the role a coach or manager grants you.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or harassing content.
• Do not add players or personal information you are not authorised to share.
• Do not attempt to access teams or data you have not been granted access to.
• Do not disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into the App. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display it to your team so the service works. You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload.

5. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Availability

The App is under active development. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

7. Paid plans

Gameday Manager is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and terms will be shown before you purchase, and any subscription billed through the App Store is managed in your App Store account.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is a coaching and organisation tool, not a substitute for medical, safety, or officiating judgement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rutschmania is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
