Common questions
I did not get my sign-in code
Codes arrive within a minute or so. Check spam, confirm the address you entered, and try again — a new code invalidates the previous one. Codes expire after one hour.
How do I join a team?
Ask a coach for the team’s invite code, then tap Join a team and enter it. Most invites need a coach to approve you before you can see the team.
Why can I not edit the depth chart?
Access follows the role you were given. Coordinators and position coaches are also scoped to particular units, so an offensive coordinator cannot edit the defensive depth chart. Ask a head coach or team manager to change your role.
How do I delete my account?
See Delete your account. You can do it entirely from inside the App.
