Privacy Policy

Gameday Manager (“the App”) is operated by Rutschmania. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising, and we do not use third-party tracking or analytics SDKs.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we store your email address and, if you provide one, your name and profile photo. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and name from that provider — we never see your password. Apple sends your name only on the very first sign-in.
Team content
Information you or your teammates enter into the App: team names, colours, and logos; staff and member roles; and — as those features ship — players, schedules, availability, depth charts, and posts.
Technical information
Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, error diagnostics) generated by our infrastructure provider, retained briefly for security and debugging.
2. How we use it
- To operate the App: signing you in, showing your team, and syncing across devices.
- To send transactional email — sign-in codes, and later notifications you have opted into.
- To diagnose faults and protect against abuse.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it.
3. How we store it
Data is stored with Supabase on infrastructure located in the United States. Access is restricted at the database level: you can only read a team’s data if you are an approved member of that team, and only edit what your role permits. These rules are enforced by the database itself, not only by the App.

We share data with these processors only to run the service. We disclose data otherwise only if legally required.
5. Players and minors
The App is intended for use by adults — coaches, team managers, and parents or guardians. Accounts are created by adults, and only an adult may add a player to a roster.
Because Gameday Manager serves youth and school football, roster records may describe minors: a name, jersey number, position, and later details such as class year. That information is entered by an authorised adult on the team, is visible only to approved members of that team, and is never used for advertising or profiling.
We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to create an account. If you believe a child has created an account, or you want a player record about your child removed, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
You can view and edit your profile in the App at any time. You can delete your account and personal data from inside the App — see Delete your account. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, correct, export, or restrict the processing of your data; contact us and we will help.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and personal data are removed. Teams you owned are handed to another coach or manager where one exists; a team with nobody left to run it is closed for its members. Content you contributed to a team — and which the team still needs — may remain with that team.
8. Email and notifications
We send sign-in codes because they are how the App authenticates you; these cannot be switched off while you have an account. Any future notification email will be optional and controllable in the App.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the App.
